Buying a house in the U.S. - almost impossible!

If you think that recession is done just because politicians say so, than you might be mocked. Even if the world officially is out of the crises, the aftermath is still very rigorous and great leading economies are still fighting with the most important factors for their recoveries. When one mentions global recession, the first country to come on his mind are nevertheless the United States of America, not that they were the only to suffer its consequences, but they certainly were the first to start the game. When their banking system fell down, American citizens were like caught in a trap. The real estate business still can't recover and it had the worst time ever. From the! October numbers, realtors still can't shake their hands satisfied of the deals. It was not expected that the previously owned homes didn't go as they were suppose. Analysts say that it must be because of the delayed foreclosures and the severe lending standards. According to the National Association of Realtors report, the old owned homes sales fell 2.2 percent. The group expected fall but not that huge. People that are interested in buying houses are so fed up with standards and rules so they kind a give up easily on their intention. In the past year, the house sales have fallen some 25.9 percent. With these figures, no one is really an optimistic about the realtor's next year as well. Newly built homes are as well not easily to be bought. Their selling percentage declined some 8.1 percent in the previous month, and the biggest reason is the adjusted annual rate of some 283,000, as the Commerce Department said. Being a sales agent is certainly not the best thing at ! this time.
