Less pollution due to global recession

It is so strange to say but still it's true, than out of the bad financial situation like the global economic recession, some field can even have a benefit. Yes, you are fooled by me, but if you think a little bit better, you'll see that in the time of crises people had less money to spend on their cars, to travel using the air traffic and a lot of factories stopped working or at least reduced their production, so I suppose it's not like I invented a hot water, but the carbon dioxide pollution has dropped due to these factors. According to one study that was done by the journal Nature Geoscience, the carbon dioxide emission has dropped about 1.3 percent compared from 2008! to 2009. Maybe this is not the percentage that most of people would expect, it seems like even in the worse case scenarios for the Planet, we are not so able to do about it and think of ways how to save our nature. The reduction of the emissions were noticeable in the biggest and reach countries. When it is all so well known that the growth of the economy goes alone with the growth of the pollution, than it was not at all surprising that the numbers ended up like this. For the United States, the emissions have dropped about 7 percent in the last year. As the Energy Department say, the main factors for these figures are: the bad economy, better energy efficiency and having cleaner energy. But still, if you don't put the numbers in some context, than you won't have the right information. Still, even with the emission reductions, worldwide carbon emissions have increased by some 25 percent in the last ten years. On the other hand, countries like China or India which economi! es are rising, had noticed big increasing - about 8 percent, w! hich is huge difference.
