RyanAir does not seem to have bright future
by Zuzana Moravcova

Let's be honest. We have all experienced more categories of airlines companies, from the best quality services that we are provided when flying with an expensive one, to so-called discount airlines...Yes, they are great because who would not want to buy a flight to a different country for a penny? Of course, these airlines must have some disadvantages, but the problem is they are often more remarkable then its positives. People mainly complain about very weak customer service, delayed flights, missing baggages, problems with online bookings...I think it is a must for an airline company to make the traveller feel secure. However, obviously, some airlines have yet not fully realized importance of this rule. There are many travellers who could complain and talk about their disappointing experience for ages. RyanAir is, which is generally known, one of those airlines that offer you the cheapest services, and it presents itself as a discount company. This airline company has long had a very good position on the market, benefiting from advance contracts on fuel supplies, but these have now expired. This may have caused the problem of higher airport charges at Ryanair's biggest hubs, Dublin and London Stansted. But there are also other factors affecting not only RyanAir, but whole airline industry, such as rising oil prices, falling consumer demand and, last but not the least, British currency that is becoming weaker. The analysts also predict the environment to be worsening from April. Well, by selling five Boeing aircraft, the company gained over 12 million Euro to its net profit, but the representatives are still worried of rising fuel costs, and see the coming season as "tough times".
