Apple reveals iPad tablet computer

Steve Jobs, the founder and CEO of Apple, has reveled Apple's latest gadget. New iPad combines computer, mobile phone and e-reader technologies. Apple was late to the market when introduced its first smartphones. With smartbooks it is different. The market has not even really launched and Apple has already announced its new iPad. Smartbooks are new class of product based on smartphone technology that looks like a laptop with touch screen. The iPad was unveiled at a press conference in San Francisco. Jobs called it a revolutionary product between laptop and smartphone. Jobs believes that with such a magical and revolutionary product Apple will kick off 2010. Apple knows that everyone use laptops and smarphones. Therefore it decided to create a third category of device in the middle, a gadget with advantages of both laptops and smartphones. The iPad has the size of notebook and 10-inch color screen. It is more intimate than a laptop, on the other hand it is capable of ! more things than a common smartphone. With iPad you can browse the Internet, play games, listen to music and watch video in high quality. Furthermore, iTunes music store is built into the iPad. The iPad is 1.3 cm thick, weighs 0.7 kg and offers 16- 32- or 64-gigabytes of flash memory. Jobs said that with creators they had achieved 10 hours of battery life on one charge. Apple was concerned about its slowing sales. People started using smartphones and are not interested in MP3 players any more. Therefore Apple needed to move and bring the next big thing after the iPod. The new iPad is exactly what Apple needed, something revolutionary, new and very different.
