by Milota Sidorova
Visionary iCon Steve Jobs has two good news for us. Both of them carefully underlining dominating position of Apple's iProducts in technological world. First of all – new generation of nano iPod is about to release. Tuesday's presentation one of the most tough men in the world was literally overflown with superlatives – beautiful, design, thinnest nano ever made.
It's fact that the newest Apple's toy has according expectation dropped its measures, extended display in comfortable aspect ration and, not less important has great storage of 16 GB. New aluminium enhanced design will have to say its word among iPod believers. Videos, music, photos, full size artworks, that's the expected traditional quality brought by design obsessed Steve Jobs.
Apart from iPod madness, Jobs also announced NBC's comeback under caring wing of iTunes.
iTunes, as suggested is the largest downloading provider, operating withing network of 65 million of customers. If you can remember Apple has quit NBC shows last year, just because of price demand failure. According NBC Apple was inflexible in determining the prices of the TV shows it was selling. Fact is, NBC broadcast made almost 40 percent of Apple's income last year.
Apple, naturally had its own version which blamed NBC demanding more than double price for the shows. And as it goes, sometimes finding the truth can be just wasting of energy. If we focus on today, one can be sure NBC will appear on iTunes offer list again. This time, the newest high-definition show will cost about $2.99 each, standard-definition will naturally drop to $1.99 per show and finally some of the oldest one will be available for $0.99.
This way, iTunes only enhances the leading role beside Amazon or EBay, the other two mayor on-line shops.
